SENIOR ARCHITECT (Roma, IT)
Studio Fuksas is currently searching for a senior architect to join its practice in Rome.
Duties:
– communication with client and consultant team
– technical production of drawing sets
– management of team members
Experience required:
– professional degree in architecture
– minimum eight years of experience as an architect/designer on built and published references
– legal permits and visa required to work in Italy
– experience in filing construction documents and construction administration
– experience in leading international architecture office
Skills required:
– fluent in English, spoken and written
– strong conceptual and design skills
– client management and project coordination skills
– technical detailing and construction administration skills
– knowledge of construction methods
– ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time
– ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
– a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
– great interpersonal communication skills
Software required:
– AutoCAD – high level
– Adobe Suite -high level
– Revit – is a plus
– Rhino – is a plus
