We are currently looking for project architects to join our expanding team based in London working on new international projects including projects in the sports, rail and residential sectors.

Duties and responsibilities:
– act as the lead designer, leading the AECOM design team on a diverse range of international projects to achieve the client’s design, cost and programme objectives
– provide and supervise technological and technical input within the architectural team
– supervise the architectural team in preparing robust and exemplar project information
– carry assignments to completion with considerable independence in accordance with project objectives, professional standards, policies and procedures

Minimum requirements:
– ARB registration with a preference for RIBA qualification
– considerable experience of acting as the lead designer including exemplar design project management and site experience
– considerable knowledge of international and best practice standards and the design management tools employed in the design of international large scale projects
– experience of sports, rail or residential sectors advantageous
– experience of leading large scale projects
– good understanding of BIM and other digital design tools
– familiar with researching, preparing and presenting technical presentations and reports
– exemplar leadership skills
– ability to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing
