OFFICE MANAGER (Londres, UK)
We are a young London architecture practice looking for an enthusiastic and talented office manager.
Experience working in a creative industry would be advantageous. In return our practice will offer the opportunity to develop your skills with responsibility early on.


The role:
– Administrative duties to ensure day-to-day smooth running of the office. Including managing suppliers, IT, HR administration, marketing, PR and updating the website.
– Book-keeping duties to ensure the accounts are up to date on Sage. Including processing invoices, payments, reconciling the bank statement, liaising with the external accountant for VAT returns and internal reporting.

Depending on your experience and availability, this role could be flexible with respect to the number of hours per week. Salary negotiable.
