David Chipperfield Architects is looking for an office manager/HR officer to join our business support team. The existing team are self-motivated and multi-talented people who take care of our clients, our staff, and all the little details that make the practice run smoothly; as the office manager, we expect you to be the ‘best-practice’ standard for the team.

You should have demonstrated experience preparing employment contracts, managing benefits and pension programmes, and interviewing candidates, along with strong office management expertise including senior-level PA skills, handling supplier relationships, and archive administration. Good written and spoken English, solid Microsoft Office skills, and an obsessive and proactive approach to detail are essential; basic Adobe InDesign skills would be a bonus.
