The School of Architecture at UTS is known internationally for its strengths in architectural design, urban design, technology and public engagement. We are proud to announce that we are now adding to these strengths a new course area of Landscape Architecture.

We now have an exciting position for a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor Course Director in Landscape Architecture to join our team in The School of Architecture.

The School of Architecture is seeking an energetic and forward thinking Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor level appointment to take on the role of course director to develop our new course offerings in Landscape Architecture. The ideal applicant will have a recognised degree in Landscape Architecture, with experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in lecture, seminar and design studio formats. In addition the right candidate will have a demonstrated capacity for achieving research outcomes and will hold a PhD or strong research and/or highly accomplished design background, and be eligible for AILA corporate membership. International experience and engagement with practice and industry is desirable.
Appointment at the higher level of Associate Professor will require applicants to demonstrate a further depth of knowledge and experience in a leadership role within a university context. Please refer to the position description and selection criteria for further information.
